In a world where healing often feels commercialized and spirituality is reduced to quick-fix affirmations, Diaa Boudargham’s book “Rise: She Embodiment” emerges as a powerful guide back to truth, stillness, and sacred remembrance.
From the mystical Himalayas to the depths of the human heart, Diaa’s journey reflects the divine feminine rising within all of us. A healer, intuitive guide, and founder of Sehar Sacred Experiences in Manali, she bridges the ancient and the modern—helping seekers reconnect with their inner mastery through shamanic practices, Akashic Records, and deep soul work.
We sat down with Diaa to talk about her transformative path, her book’s message, and what it really means to “rise” into one’s true essence.
Q: Your journey into healing began in the Himalayas. What first drew you to this sacred mountain range, and how did it shape your spiritual path?
My journey to the Himalayas began long before I physically arrived in India. It started as an inner leap of faith—from the known to the unknown. I surrendered, and my soul took the lead. I didn’t know exactly where I needed to be; I just knew that my soul was guiding me home.
There was no plan, only trust. Once I reached the Himalayas, I felt the mountains communicating as a living being. This sacred connection awakened the shamanic healer within me and revealed my purpose—to be a vessel anchoring the healing energy of this land.
Today, through Sehar Sacred Experiences in Manali, I share that wisdom with seekers, creating spaces for deep, embodied, and conscious living.
Q: You work with multiple healing modalities—from Akashic Records to past-life regression. How do you choose the right approach for each person, and can you share a transformative experience you’ve witnessed?
All healing modalities ultimately lead to the same destination—bringing a person into a space of inner silence where they can truly see themselves. I don’t choose the modality mentally; rather, it’s the individual’s higher self that aligns with the most suitable method through me.
Healing is intuitive—it’s not about formulas or programs. True transformation happens when vulnerability is held in compassion. I’ve witnessed many “aha” moments in our retreats—one that stands out is a teenage child and her mother rediscovering their bond in a way that changed both their lives.
Q: Unconditional love seems to be the foundation of your work. How do you define this frequency, and how can others begin to align with it?
When I see every being as a reflection of the Divine—as I am—the illusion of separation dissolves. What remains is softness and acceptance without judgment. That state is unconditional love.
It isn’t something to learn or practice; it’s our true nature. When we return to the awareness of “Sat Chit Ananda”—truth, consciousness, and bliss—we remember that we are love itself.
Q: Your book speaks of “remembering your mastery.” What does that mean, and why is it so vital in today’s world?
Remembering your mastery means peeling away layers of illusion to uncover your soul’s blueprint—your intuition, creative intelligence, and wisdom that have always been there.
It’s not about achieving something new; it’s about rediscovering who you already are. My book serves as a roadmap for this remembrance, guiding seekers to reconnect with their authentic power and divine truth.
Q: Shadow work can be uncomfortable but deeply transformative. How do you create a safe space for people to face their shadows?
A true healing space is womb-like—nurturing, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Only in such safety can a seeker face their shadows and see them clearly. Shadows are not enemies; they are aspects of ourselves craving love and attention.
Denial feeds them, while compassionate acceptance transmutes them into light. When we embrace our shadows, our light shines effortlessly. This process is liberation—it frees us from limiting beliefs and allows us to live our fullest potential.
Q: For those new to spiritual healing—or skeptical about energy work—what would you tell them?
Skepticism is not a barrier; it can be a strength. Whether someone approaches as a skeptic or a believer, their higher self has guided them to the experience. Healing requires only one thing—openness.
The mind often seeks to rationalize what the heart already knows. The deepest truths can’t be reasoned—they must be felt. So, I always invite people to experience before they decide.
Q: Can you describe a typical shamanic ceremony you lead and the inner shifts participants often experience?
Shamanic rituals are simple yet profoundly transformative. They bridge the visible and invisible realms—connecting us with nature, ancestors, and the elements.
A session may involve drumming, breathwork, dancing, fire-gazing, or walking barefoot in the forest to feel the earth’s energy. As the circle deepens, the ego dissolves, and messages from the spirit realm begin to flow.
Participants often experience deep humility, expanded awareness, and clarity about their life’s direction. The shift is holistic—it’s felt across body, mind, and soul.
Q: What message or intention do you most hope readers take from Rise: She Embodiment?
RISE honors the collective awakening we are witnessing as humanity. It’s a sacred invitation for every woman to remember her inner wisdom, her boundless capacity to love, and her power to rise.
This book is a mirror—reflecting back to women their own divinity, grace, and strength. My hope is that it helps readers meet themselves deeply, walk with integrity, and live as embodiments of the divine feminine.
