On January 11, 2025, acclaimed actress, producer, and humanitarian Ritika Anand graced the stage at IMT Nagpur for her third TEDx Talk. Themed “The Butterfly Effect,” Ritika shared an impactful message: “When action itself comes out of the present moment and not the past or a prospective future, people change their whole lives and the world around them with small, tiny steps.” Through her speech, Ritika emphasized the transformative power of mindfulness, encouraging the audience to embrace the present as a catalyst for personal and societal change. Ritika explained, “From meditation, creativity, education, and celebration, we focus on the overall development of children while raising the feminine energy present in everyone, regardless of gender.” This mission reflects her unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering a more inclusive society. Adding to her creative pursuits, Ritika recently launched an audiobook titled Being Selfish – A Dreamchaser’s Way Home, now freely available on Spotify. Speaking about the launch, Ritika said, “Making it free was my small act. Now, with calls and offers from publishers to launch a paperback version, I’m overwhelmed. Ironically, I didn’t even have time to write a speech for the audiobook’s release!” This act of generosity embodies Ritika’s belief in making meaningful content accessible to all.
