Meet Tulika Arora, the woman entrepreneur from Varanasi and an unstoppable force behind the digital marketing agency called Media FleetBlue, which she co-founded with Divyansh Raghuwanshi in 2020. Making Media FleetBlue the first digital marketing agency in Varanasi run by a woman entrepreneur, Tulika’s firm has had 70+ clients in the last two years.
Media FleetBlue is also Varanasi’s first agency-based digital marketing institute, offering digital marketing courses and training to those who are interested in this domain. Adding to this, Tulika has her own online consultation services for those looking for expertise in personal branding and brand building.
Heading the social media team for five states for IndianOil Corp. Ltd., Tulika’s career began when she first started working with a PR agency called Avian We in Mumbai, where she worked with clients like MTV, Qatar Airways and Nickelodeon and handled their digital PR.
Tulika’s next endeavor was the glamorous Bollywood film industry, where she took on the roles of production manager and assistant director to work on films like Atrangi Re, Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhaan and Zero working closely alongside actors like Ayushman Khurana, Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush and Akshay Kumar. She also helped produce 40+ TV ads featuring Dia Mirza, Boman Irani, Tiger Shroff and Ranveer Singh to name a few. Tulika then delved into event management and helped with well-known projects like the Kala Ghoda Festival and the Lil Flea.
With so much under her umbrella, Tulika decided to come back to her hometown, Varanasi, and realizing the need of the hour, she started her own digital marketing firm, Media FleetBlue, which was only made possible with the support of her business partner and friend, Divyansh Raghuwanshi.
The agency comprises mostly female staff members, promoting women’s empowerment all the way which was Tulika’s goal all the way. They recently expanded into an agency-based digital marketing institute, the first of its kind in Varanasi, providing guaranteed internships and 100% placement assistance, hoping to promote the idea of digital India in the world’s oldest living civilization.
