Jonita Dsouza, is a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist and combines the teachings of Indian feminine mysticism and shamanism in her work, facilitating monthly moon circles, online workshops and feminine leadership retreats. The journey began when Jonita left home at the age of 17 to find her identity. She was born in India and later settled in England. Jonita D’souza is a Feminine Lifestylist, an Author and Creatress of the company Exploring Femininity Ltd., assisting modern day busy women who struggle with burn-out, overwhelm and body love to reconnect with their feminine and sensual energy using the ancient Taoist and Tantric arts, so that they can create a lifestyle that is fulfilling, nurturing and pleasurable.
Jonita always was a happy to go lucky girl who embraced her inner child. She was living in her dream world, with perfect partner, job and life. But there is something about good time, it always changes. The feeling of being stuck in same routine in her life forced her to take the other path which didn’t prove good for her. She lost her self esteem and became a victim of unhealthy lifestyle enduring several skin diseases. To add to her bad times, she lost her father. She wanted to help herself, explore herself and do something to come out of the situation. Since, it’s truly said ‘When you want something, truly want, you lay your heart open to it.’ Jonita then found her passion in spiritual learnings of the divine feminine.

She spent several years of her life learning and discovering the essence of being feminine, and later decided to teach other women the usage of their intuitive powers. In 2012, Jonita founded the company ‘Exploring Femininity’ running monthly online women’s circles, workshops, feminine leadership retreats and private coaching. Activities such as in person wellness retreats, digital courses and also one to one coaching on reclaiming your inner feminine, how to become unavailable for energy suckers, freeing your inner child of self abuse, reclamation of your righteous anger, embracing of your dark feminine, self-leadership and so much more are conducted by her. Jonita has also been awarded with Iconic Woman Award by Women Economic Forum and is also featured in multiple marvellous and eye-opening podcast and articles. Over 5000 women across the globe including UK, USA, Europe have taken her coaching, workshops, digital courses which has helped them enlighten their life.
Jonita firmly believes in power of being feminine and helping women across the globe explore and create a sustainable life for themselves and for their loved ones. Being in 21st century, we need more role models like Jonita who can help us better our lives.
