Republic Day marks the adoption of India’s constitution and the country’s transition to a republic on January 26, 1950. This year, the day falls on Thursday, with citizens of the country marking it as the 74th Republic Day. Every year, millions of Indians witness the celebration of the rich tradition, cultural heritage, and achievements in the form of various programmes. This year the celebration began a few days ahead when the national song’s music video was selected to be screened at United Kingdom’s Lift Off Filmmaker Session Film festival 2023. Singer Soumita Saha’s Music Video has been officially selected for the prestigious film festival. Soumita’s Vandematram Mantra is the National song which she sang in the tune set by Rabindranath Tagore.
The music video has been Beautifully captured by Agniv Chatterjee. The video is the outcome of the joint directorial expertise of Soumita and her better half Agniv Chatterjee. Music has been re-oriented by Arindam Bhadra. Soumita has got a separate fan base for her spectacular skill in the art as well as her grasp on music.
